By placing an order with SMM GEOX, you automatically agree to all terms listed below in the Terms of Service, whether or not you have read them.

We reserve the right to change the Terms of Service without prior notice. You are expected to read all Terms of Service before placing an order to ensure that you are aware of any current or future changes.

You will only use the SMM GEOX website in a manner that follows all agreements with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or any other social media site in accordance with their Terms of Service. SMM GEOX's prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The payment and refund policy for orders will remain in effect in the event of a price change.

SMM GEOX does not guarantee the delivery time or drop rate for any service. We provide our best estimate of when an order will be delivered. This is only an estimate, and SMM GEOX will not provide refunds for orders that are being processed if you feel they are taking too long.

All orders that do not have a refill period are not refillable, even if you experience 100% drop after completion or during fulfillment.

Please also note that the refill period for services with a refill period is calculated from the date the order is placed, not from the date the order is completed.

If your order is low, please wait until we refill or process a partial refund before placing a new order. If a new order is placed while the first order is being reviewed or processed, we will see that the refill has already been increased and completed. We will not cancel the order in this case.

If an order is low below the starting order number, it means that the order has been reduced from another service, and we will not be able to refill or cancel it until the number is settled to the same or higher starting order number.

If your order is low after it has been completed from a service with a refill period, we will work to refill your order within 24-48 hours. We will not be able to partially cancel if the order is complete, and you must wait until we refill it.

Please do not place an order for the same page or link on multiple services for the same purpose or from another site at the same time before completing your order for those links first. Doing so may result in an inaccurate follower/like/view count, and we will not refund these orders.

We base our review on the start count and the quantity ordered. For example, if you submit two orders at the same time to the same link and service or another service for the same purpose, the start count will be the same for both orders, and both orders will be completed together, but the total number will be incorrect.

SMM GEOX makes every effort to deliver exactly what our customers expect from us. That is why we reserve the right to change the type of service if we deem it necessary to complete the order.

Any malicious actions or abusive behavior may result in your account being suspended with us. Before suspension, users will be given time to use their remaining balance. Opening a new account after suspension will result in your account being terminated, even if there is a balance in it.

If there is a problem with your order, you must wait 24 hours before submitting your issue to us. We usually need up to 5 business days to resolve your issue. You must provide the evidence and data that the support team needs if it is needed to resolve the issue of the order, if it is not provided, we may not be able to resolve the issue and we disclaim our responsibility.

SMM GEOX is not responsible in any way for any account suspension or photo deletion made by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube or any other social media.

• Service

SMM GEOX is exclusively intended for promoting your Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or other social media platforms, with a primary focus on enhancing your online presence.

We do not provide a guarantee that your new followers will engage with your content. Our assurance solely pertains to delivering the quantity of followers you have purchased.

We do not guarantee that 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, a complete bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this a reality for all accounts.

You should not upload anything to the SMM GEOX site that includes nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or other social media sites.

If you place an order, and your account is "Private" and the order is completed without us being able to send anything, it is considered your responsibility. We will not be held liable, and the payment made will not be refunded. Please ensure your account is "Public" before making an order.

After placing an order, we are unable to edit or change the link or URL unless it is within our capabilities. If you delete your page, account, video, change it to "Private" or modify your username, or if the account is closed, we won't be able to review your order for a refund, refill, or cancellation in such cases. Please take note of this policy.

• REFUND POLICY

Your balance on SMM GEOX cannot be refunded. Once a deposit is made, there is no way to reverse it. You must use the balance you have on SMM GEOX. This means that once you deposit funds into your account on the website, you cannot refund this amount to your bank account or payment method. Instead, you must use this balance to purchase services on the website itself.

After making a payment and placing an order, you agree that you will not file a dispute or initiate a chargeback against SMM GEOX through PayPal, credit card, or any other payment method for any reason.

Clarification: This means that once you make a payment and place an order, you commit not to request a refund or file a payment dispute through the payment method used, whether it's PayPal, a credit card, or any other method, regardless of the reason.

If you file a dispute or request a refund from SMM GEOX after making a deposit, we reserve the right to cancel all future orders, prevent you from accessing our site, and remove any followers or likes we have provided to your account on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or any other social media platforms, whether for yourself or your clients.

Orders placed on SMM GEOX cannot be refunded or canceled once they are placed. You will only receive a refund credit to your SMM GEOX account if the order cannot be delivered.

Orders that are placed incorrectly or on a "private" account will not qualify for a refund. Please verify each order before submitting it.

Fraudulent activities, such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will lead to the termination of your account without exceptions.

• PRIVACY POLICY

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your personal information to anyone. All personal information is encrypted and saved in secure servers.
